Dear Valued Customer,

Further to our recent update informing you that we will temporarily cease trading for an initial four-week period, based on further guidance received from Government we have made the decision to continue to support key essential projects only.

The projects have been outlined by government and include The NHS, Energy Sector, Schools and food industries (see this link for all areas), all projects outside these areas will not be supported at this current time.

We will of course continue to operate within the guidelines set out by government regarding safe operations during the COVID-19 crisis.

As we will have a smaller number of operational personnel at this time, we ask you to bear with us whilst we attempt to keep up the service levels you have been led to expect from us.

All enquiries for critical services support should be sent to [email protected] where we will respond asap.  As many of our people are currently on a furlough status, please do not sent traffic to their company email address, as these accounts will not be monitored.

We’d like to thank all our people for supporting us, both those who are staying on to help provide these critical services, and those who are staying at home to support their families.

We remain at your service.

Duncan Winter
Divisional Managing Director
